Nació en Reynosa Tamaulipas, México... pero era otra Reynosa, no en la de ahora... Desde muy temprana edad se empezó a relacionar con el mundo de las artes... Pero fué a partir de 1998 cuando definió su camino en las artes plásticas...

A partir del año 2000 empezó a mostrar su trabajo en su ciudad natal para después desplazarlo por varios estados de EU, como Arizona, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas y New York... Se conoce a Manuel como un artista surrealista, con una tendencia muy fuerte hacia lo abstracto, donde su obra detona, en el subconsciente del espectador, aquellos sentimientos ocultos en el inconsciente y que lo llevan a crear las realidades detenidas, las otras realidades, las que no nos atrevemos a mostrar, de las que ni siquiera queremos hablar, las que nos traen las lágrimas a flor de piel, las realidades que nos hacen ver el mundo con otros colores, con otras texturas... Su trabajo es una combinación de técnicas como pintura, escultura, sin dejar de lado el dibujo, el grabado y en ocasiones los combina, si... simplemente por diversión... por ofrecernos otras alternativas...
